Recording & Media Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all sessions at Open Banking Expo events are conducted on the record. This means that:

• Speaker and panellist remarks may be recorded, photographed, quoted, or reported on by media or attendees.
• Journalists and other members of the press are in attendance unless a session is specifically marked otherwise.
• We do not provide prior approval of quotes or session coverage, and participants are expected to speak with that understanding.

We will clearly indicate any session that is:

• Under the Chatham House Rule (where comments may be reported, but not attributed)
• Off the record (where no public reporting is permitted)
